About Mary Lemieux
Mary’s Colorado roots run deep. Her mother was a native and her great grandfather owned a farm that is currently known as Centennial Airport. Mary attended Colorado State University where she earned a BS in Psychology, which can come in handy when dealing with what can sometimes be high pressure and highly emotional purchase.
Shortly after college Mary headed for San Francisco, where she caught the technology and entrepreneurial bug. Mary worked for several small tech companies learning the ins and outs of small business management. With skills under her belt her and her husband moved back to Denver to start their own software business. Still craving the urban lifestyle, they made their home in NorthWest Denver to be close to local coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and a strong community.
After running her business and raising two children, Mary was ready for a new challenge and new career. She went straight for her passion, real estate, where she could combine her desire to work closely with people and her interest and knowledge of Denver neighborhoods and homes. Nearly 10 years later Mary still has that same passion and desire to help educate and navigate her clients through the buying and selling process of in all types of real estate markets.
When Mary does have down time she likes to spend it with her husband and two children, taking advantage of all that LIVING in the city has to offer. Such as riding bikes on the Platte trail, heading to the Ball Park to watch a Rockies games, spend Sundays cheering on my beloved Broncos, or enjoying Live Music at all great Denver music venues.

Q&A With Mary…
Where do you LIVE?
I live in the heart of the West Highlands neighborhood in a century-old home. Often we walk to the shops and restaurants at 32nd and Lowell or Tennyson St.
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Sure there are plenty of agents out there. But how many do their homework? I mean really do their homework. I preview and research hundreds of homes throughout the metro area. Looking at photos of homes on the Internet doesn't cut it. You have to know your inventory and competition and market in order to insure proper pricing from both a buyers and sellers perspective.
What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
It can be anything from Vivaldi to Radio Head and everything in between. But I especially love Live music in great venues such as Red Rocks, the Fillmore or the Ogden.
What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
With kids, most of my money goes to college or the college fund. But I also donate to the Red Cross and the Alzheimer's Association.
Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
For a nice dinner out I enjoy Z Cuisine, the French food is wonderful and the atmosphere is quaint - just be prepared to wait. Linger is fun for shared foods and Urban atmosphere. For the best French dip and a cold beer it would have to be the Cherry Creek Grill in North Cherry Creek. If you sit at the bar you can often catch a game.
